Obviously now I need to write something featuring bears. H'm.

I personally get really frustrated because places keep saying to send them more stuff. And then I send them something else. And they ask for more. Rinse and repeat.

I'm finding that my current crit group -- which I need to be paying attention to right now -- is helping, but idk. I wish I'd gotten something together for next month's reading period, but nothing wants to be short and instead I'm working on an impossible to sell novel.

Honestly, I look back at what I got published and... I don't like it at all. But it fits the magazine it was published in and ... yeah. It is what it is. I like to think my writing's gotten better, but ... yeah.
