Botox... DEAAATH!!! Why does people DO these things to themself? Heysoos!

How is it any diffrent than getting peircings or tattoos? isn't it all potentially dangerous body modification for asthetic purposes?

Yes, and no. Piercings and tattoos, for one thing, developed out of tribal rites. And... nowadays, ideally, they involve sterile equipment and clean conditions, and peoplewhoknowwhatthey'redoing. But, I guess people have piercing parties just as often as people have Botox parties.

Now, the key thing, is that piercings don't involve botulism microbes. That's my problem with it. And, they're a one-time-go thing. You don't have to have it re-done every month. AND, (unless we're talking about midlife crisis tattoo here), it's not an attempt to evade the aging process. You know how I feel about that.

Botox injections can't get ripped out of your nipples at wild parties or bar fights.
