Oooh, those sound good. I use the pumpkin pie recipe off the back of the Libby can, but I've given up on canned pumpkin - it's only slightly more effort to nuke and puree a real pumpkin, and sooo much tastier.
Why the "I used wheat! Yay wheat!"? Is that instead of white APF?
